I absolutely love this video, thank you. I am new to pilates, and am wondering when the time comes, what video would be best to move onto from this one? Thank you Niedra, you are a wonderful teacher.

I have been doing a lot of the “workout” videos to get moving. Am slowing down to do more instructional” ones now. I could not agree more, to pay attention to the shapes and then to celebrate them with movement (I may need to borrow that lune from you) is my favorite way to practice Pilates. Thank you once again.

Thank you Yoli, You are so wonderful posting and communicating what your observations are. I know you do this for many videos you watch, and on the receiving end ( mine) it is always a pleasure to read comments and reflect on them, I feel like I know you!
On the teaching side, I always like to see what people know, I feel that unless we take a look at the student first, we miss a lot of what they need, and assume we know. so thank you for noticing this details, I personally consider it important.

Lots of great information! I liked how you let them do the exercise as they know it first, and then had them do it again with a new thought. Could really see a change in the quality of the movement each time.
