This workout moves more quickly than the previous one and adds more difficulty. Alisa works several variations to help Estelle find the muscles of her low belly. She continually reminds you to engage as you're working to wake your abs up, by the end, you'll know where they are. NOTE: if you have breast pain when on your stomach, try using a pillow underneath your chest for support.
