    Superb example, of a Pilates Elegant Posture by Alisa, that set the standard at the beginning and throughout.
    Crisp, clear cueing – minimum of words, someone once said – Not often executed as well as we enjoyed here from Alisa.
    The hands on spot for Criss – Cross showed the depth so nicely.
    Wish I could do the Neck Pull, so seemingly effortless, as demonstrated here by Alisa, despite years of trying on my free mat.
    It is a great credit to the Lady for staying TRUE to the Method throughout the session. Dare I suggest we see the influences of her years of training with Jay Grimes!
    Wonderful Authentic Mat Class – So enjoyed following the Instructors every word on my mat – no need for a screen.
