If getting down on the floor is difficult, you can do Pilates in a Chair! Join Alisa Wyatt for progressive Pilates series designed to restore balance, build core strength and increase your flexibility. In this first lesson you’ll begin to lift and decompress your spine and you’ll notice the immediate benefits of pelvic stability. This class will improve circulation in your feet, neck and shoulders and as you continue through the series, you’ll reduce pain and inflammation throughout your body. All you need today is a chair on a non-slip surface. Ready, set, let’s go! Filmed at Pilatesology Studio.   Next Class

Thank you Alisa! I’m currently training an older client with multiple issues; it was a good challenge for me as a teacher when we used to work together in person at my studio, and it was clearly doing her good, but since we have had to move the sessions to zoom, I have been struggling with how to teach her. I will definitely steal from this! Thank you so so much for sharing this!
