I have curiosity also about the arms back variation on why the hands were placed in reverse direction and how this affected the exercise in her body. Can you please explain or is that just simply a variation? Also would you please do this awesome tutorial again with the opposite body type, it was GREAT! I’d love to see the posteriorly rotated pelvis, hyper-extended ribcage version sometime. Thank you!

Really helpful to me both personally and as an inexperienced teacher. I love how each Pilates exercise prepares you for a more advanced one and that attention to detail is crucial to building the correct muscles and therefore, technique. My clients often complain about stomach massage series; I feel that this video will really aid my explanation of it’s importance and help them to achieve more from it. Thank you.

This a great correction for her particular spine. We see a lot of spines with almost ‘inverse’ curves. Thanks for a great tutorial!

This is a fantastic tutorial. Moses, can you address why you asked your student to internally rotate arms, finger tips forward in stomach massage arms back? I learned it as arms rotating out with fingers facing away. What change in her body were you looking for? Thank you
