    Lovely! Perfect! I have terrible ‘computer shoulders’ at the moment and so did this workout without weights – and even that was great. I’ll be repeating it a couple of times a week, I’m thinking. Should be compulsory for every office worker at lunchtime…

    We don’t see much of this work and it is really a pity. I reckon much can be achieved using the series to simulate the benefits of having the big apparatus.

    Mr Howard bring us more of this work. Great material.
