When Annie first started taking Pilates sessions, her knees were all over the place, both inwardly rotated, bowlegged and hyperextended.     Ths is Lauren. I always try to make lots of changes here too. Next time can you work with someone who overly pro ares either one sided or both? Would be so interesting to see. Lately I have been seeing people with femoral anti version.
