    Such a treat to see these two working together- really helpful to see and have explained Kathi’s “hands on” with these twisting exercises & she is right- Pilates Challenge is probably the most beautiful studio in NYC!! more classes with these two please!

    I know nothing of any Apparatus, but it was an education to learn the depth of each exercise and watch this gentleman demonstrate with such good technique.Outstanding.
    Can the FISH be performed on the Mat, (with the neck press) and if so would you describe please? Thank you very much.

      joesmat – Check out Dorothee’s Advanced Mat for the Fish Exercise done without apparatus, it’s a bit different than on the chair but you can certainly take Kathi’s wonderful cues and apply them!

    Movement on the Wunda chair is so concentrated, geez…that was incredible to watch!! I’m going to try harder to move the pedal with my stomach!
