訣竅與秘訣
  • Top leg hip will want to drift back, work to rotate it forward
  • Top leg knee will want to drift in, keep it in line with center of foot
  • Pedal leg hip will drop, pull it up toward armpit to square pelvis
  • Add pad under pedal for petite client so top thigh is parallel to floor
  • Pre-requisite is Going Up Front on High Chair with no hands
