Today’s workout adds a delicious stretch and a twist with two new moves: the Short Spine Massage and Twist/Reach on the Short Box. Your Twist/Reach is possible due to the work you’ve been doing already on the Short Box and in your twisting exercises on the mat. You’ll also learn why Fabien introduces Short Spine at the end of the workout on your first time and why you need a strong Frog and Pelvic Lift to add this exercise.
