CONSEJOS Y TRUCOS
- Square your pelvis to front of chair
- Pedal foot hip will want to drop, pull it up towards it’s armpit to stabilize pelvis
- Shift your torso forward on same diagonal as pedal leg
- Keep top knee in line with middle of foot
- Add pad under pedal for petite client so top thigh is parallel to floor
- Pre-requisite is Going Up Front on High Chair with no hands
