Kathi is incredible at demonstrating and helping one to understand the background of each exercise, why we do it ,what it works and what other ways we do it on other apparatus.
This to me was amazing and I watched over and over! I have 6 wunda chairs and this will help a lot into the work and the method and how to own a room and class especially with the wunda chair! Amazing thank you again!

The Front and Back Kick with a supporting hand against the wall as demonstrated by the very capable Kathi Ross Nash, is similar to the Karate Mawashigeri or Round House kick. But this talented lady comes from a Martial Arts background.
It is so reassuring to hear this legendary Teacher tells us it all comes down to doing a good mat.

That was amazing, I feel longer from just watching. There is so much detail and wisdom in Kathi’s teaching. I can’t wait to implement what I learned into my personal work. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Kathi.
