You know how awesome and in control Wonder Woman always looked in her outfit? That’s exactly how you’re going to feel after this workout with Molly. She leads you through a sequence aimed at elongating while building strength and keeps it flowing by minimizing spring changes. There’s a big finish so be sure to save something for the end!

Thanks very much Molly, I like how you explain, simple and with flow, easy to digest for the body and avoid overthinking. Also all this exercise are for everybody that truly know about what going on in our own body and teach to our clients is always a way o mirror of our own experience and own practice; so this is really good for teachers I must say! Big thanks xxx Luz
