Molly then demonstrates options for the last (and most difficult to figure out) part of the workout - Part C - in which you address your client’s individual needs and add an ending.     Hi Molly, really useful reminder of planning a session. I find it helps to keep the flow to do the mat work on top of the long box rather than the floor. Gives the client a different experience. Thanks.
