    Thanks Kathi. Great sequencing of the exercises and progressions! The reference to other exercises with same fundamentals helpful visual. good to know of how to “neutralize” the spine thru opposition in Corkscrew, Tic tic and Can Can. Simple, clear and effective. How to succeed at Teasr, you ve nailed it. Thanks!

      My pleasure. Understanding how all the exercises are connected – or threaded as I like to say_ is imperative in understand how to execute the more complex and advanced exercises. Building the method by using the method is the only way to go for me!

      You don’t like my heels??? They work my Bottom ALL day long! Romana always wore a heel- as does her daughter Sari and she recommended changing the heel height during the day.
