We like to call Niedra the Tinkerbelle of Pilates for her sweet voice (we'd follow her down a dark cave if she talked us through it), gamine appearance, and because her classes work magic on the body. You'll see what we mean with this crazy hard magic circle workout that keeps you focused with the unique and creative twists that she throws in. Visit Niedra at her website:

magic! Particularly liked the explination of extending the spine with the focus of letting the bones of the back go in and the bones of the front sternum upward. Lovely.
