Total Magic

We like to call Niedra the Tinkerbelle of Pilates for her sweet voice (we'd follow her down a dark cave if she talked us through it), gamine appearance, and because her classes work magic on the body. You'll see what we mean with this crazy hard magic circle workout that keeps you focused with the unique and creative twists that she throws in. Visit Niedra at her website: www.spirit-moves.com.

    Niedra :
I am an American living in Cambodia….hey, I run a blog called “Jewish Food Hero” and I wonder if I could talk with you about an interview….about pilates and healthy body – etc.
You can write to me at hello@jewishfoodhero.com if you are open to the discussion. Thanks so much for your classes…making so much difference in how I feel.
    Sincerely, Kenden

Wonderful class. I just got a magic circle and this class was a wonderful place to start to explore and feel my body in a different way. Shabbat Shalom!

Glad you are getting so much out of this class marjolein, the work is endless and for me, there is always another layer and another layer – I think you have the same experience with pilates.

magic! Particularly liked the explination of extending the spine with the focus of letting the bones of the back go in and the bones of the front sternum upward. Lovely.
