In this mini-workshop, Niedra Gabriel shares exercises for correcting the ‘tech neck’ or forward head posture that is rampant in our culture today. Try these exercises on your older clients to wake up the chain of muscles that hold us upright and you’ll see them come alive with vitality!     Wish you had shown side view of Steve at the end. From what I could see in the mirror, the change was amazing in that short amount of time. 🙂


    Thank you for doing this video. I like the side-way and front Magic Circle against the Cadillac. I used to do it with the hand on the Magic Circle but I can see how it is advantageous to use it against a structure.
