In this mini-workshop, Niedra Gabriel shares exercises for correcting the ‘tech neck’ or forward head posture that is rampant in our culture today. Try these exercises on your older clients to wake up the chain of muscles that hold us upright and you’ll see them come alive with vitality! Niedra and her student Steve Sakahara demonstrate a complete Magic Circle series that’s a great place to start, as well as a series of variations using the Pilates Neck Tensometer (a.k.a. Neck Stretcher). Try them yourself and you’ll feel as though a great weight has been lifted from your shoulders. For info on retreats, teacher training and more visit www.NiedraGabriel.com.

    Thanks Niedra
Wish you had shown side view of Steve at the end. From what I could see in the mirror, the change was amazing in that short amount of time. 🙂

Thank you for doing this video. I like the side-way and front Magic Circle against the Cadillac. I used to do it with the hand on the Magic Circle but I can see how it is advantageous to use it against a structure.
