Stretchy Mat

Watch the preview

By emphasizing the stretchy and lengthening aspects of the exercises, Andrea really wrings the juice out of every move in this workout. She moves at a deliberate pace but don’t be tricked into thinking β€˜stretchy’ means easy, Andrea was completely drenched after taping it! She uses a Small Barrel or a Spine Corrector for the last 10 minutes to work on stretching open the chest and hips to leave you with beautiful lifted posture and longer happier legs.

Please more classes like this! Shorter intermediate flows with advanced stretching. Pulling out the knots, nice class to unwind with. Would love to have more classes like this on Pilatesology- thanks to the whole team! Awesome, awesome instructor! Please have her back!

Some days this is the type of hard work with stretch required for my old butt! I loved the combo with barrel for the ending! I used to be able to split ugh….what running does to our hammy’s. But hey….managed a high bridge! I don’t know how I missed this one a while back but it is now a fave! Thanks Andrea! As always you are awesome!

Thanks so much Angel – for watching, sharing your thoughts and for being awesome yourself! And yay! High Bridge! It’s gonna be a great day when that happens πŸ™‚

Thanks – it is nice to just think about that length in the body and see how it affects the exercise – usually it can make it seem more effortless a movement and you can really squeeze the juice out too πŸ™‚
Thank you so much for watching!

This class was Great! I will definitely do it again and again to practice my high bridge! You’re right a strap can definitely increase the stretch, such a misconception that it’s ony for beginners. Enjoyed to ending on the small barrel, nice touch, thank you Andrea πŸ˜‰

Thank you so much! Yes, the strap is soooo helpful to get more and more stretch in the back – I love it. Thanks for your feedback πŸ™‚ And good for you doing the high bridge!
