Join Tiziana for a flowing Intermediate workout that will have you working the springs instead of the springs working you. Using Romana’s order of the work with clean, quick transitions and dynamic cues, you’ll know exactly where your Powerhouse is 5 minutes into the class and you won’t have a moment to forget until it’s over! There’s no pausing for explanation here, Tiziana feeds all of her corrections and the goals of the exercises into the workout so the learning happens while you're moving. Pay attention to how you feel at the beginning of this workout and again at the end, you’ll notice your body has returned to life the way Joe intended.     I was teaching today and felt like my usual cues were not doing the job in my intermediate Reformer class. After sifting through some videos I came across Tiziana’s. What a great instructional review! It is so nice (as a classically trained Instructor) to be able to follow a video, pick up some great ideas for cues and alignment and not have to sift through exercises I have never seen before!
