tanks Tiziana, love the way that you conduct the session; flowing and natural, Alissa always doing a great job and example to us. This video have more than 5 years but is timeless, yes baby chair is fundamental to have! well said.

Definitely looking forward to getting a baby chair! Very inciteful….thank you

  3. We can’t wait to get a baby arm chair this year. I love Alissa’s joyous expressions while executing the work as well as Tiziana’s appropriate cues. Many thanks.

Thank you Nigel! Yes there’s a wonderful way to strengthen the wrists with the bean bag and 2lbs weights… As soon as Alisa returns from NY we’ll video that for you 🙂
Also Ill be happy to share some other ankle strengthening exercises.
    Stay tuned!

Thank you so much for your reply Tiziana. Yes hands, wrists, feet and ankles seem strangely neglected among the general population just from my own observation. It surprises me a lot since we use them all the time but don’t really work all the muscles in them and open up the circulation in them enough in my view. Would love to see videos when ever you have time. Thank you so much.

Wonderful range of angles to exercise shoulders while maintaining connection to core. Can see application for most people I know (! ! !) who suffer from some form of shoulder stiffness and pain or another. More video exercises using this chair would be wonderful. Thankyou Tiziana and Alisa. Also are there any pilates exercises using equipment or otherwise that are specifically for wrists and hands (and ankles other than the usual flexion and extension exercises which are in only the one plane of motion). Perhaps the baby chair is one device that can be used for wrist exercising?
