    Love this. Especially the explanations after the exercises to access more power during a run using the bigger muscles of the back side.

    I say Im a racewalker but i just try to walk fast. I get frustrated because Iam fatigued affterwards of walking 3-6 miles. What you are saying to use your abs to propel thee leg forward and gluts for push off makes sense. I am going to try to concentrate on that and hopefully helps the fatigue level.

    That was explained so well – about using the glutes, catching your body with the abs, letting your legs move beneath you. It is something I think about but find so
    hard to do!

    Thanks, I have a trail run in Wisconsin in 2 hours. I want my husband to do this as well, he needs it! Will follow with your runner cool down segment!
