Alisa explains setup and how to use clean transitions in your workout while keeping things moving. You’ll work variations like using the box in Long Box in place of Short Box for added support as you roll back, and 2 springs for the Stomach Massage series to bring awareness to pulling the carriage back in. Intermediate exercises include Pulling Straps, the Long Stretch Series and Backstroke Swimming.
