Alisa explains setup and how to use clean transitions in your workout while keeping things moving. You’ll work variations like using the box in Long Box in place of Short Box for added support as you roll back, and 2 springs for the Stomach Massage series to bring awareness to pulling the carriage back in. Intermediate exercises include Pulling Straps, the Long Stretch Series and Backstroke Swimming.

I really enjoyed and got great benefit from this class. May is awesome to have “in class” with me because some of the things she is working on I am also working on. I love the way my body feels loose, centered and balanced after a Pilates session!

Shorts Box Series on the Long Box – great idea Alisa! My scared clients will love it :-).

    Alisa,
Thanks so much for this! I really appreciate you showing a real person doing this. Most of us teach regular everyday people, and this helps me so much as a teacher.
