    Great pace! These guys are really kicking it they re great! The men I have are alot stiffer than this. I would love to see more basic stuff as well But fab Thank you!

    Hi Lauren, I enjoyed your consistent speed teaching these exercises and your use of the standing exercises in the end. What would you do for apparatus after this session for these men? I look at them and see barrel work would be good for their bodies. Thank you!
