Lauren is known for her keen eye and ability to spot and correct body imbalances in her students. In this brief teacher’s session she brings that talent to teaching the Pilates Wall Exercises to two very different body types. One of her students has hyperextension to watch for while the other has tightness in his upper body as well as imbalance in his legs. Lauren details ways in which an instructor can first recognize and then use her cues to address these issues and build better body mechanics. If you'd like to practice the Wall with Lauren, check out her other class: Working the Wall. Filmed at Lauren’s studio Pilates Seattle International in Seattle, WA offering Pilates, Physical Therapy and Teacher Training.
