This leg focused class begins with standing balance work to find the muscles of your legs and buttocks. You’ll carry that work through the entire class to create tone and length in the lower body. Victoria’s trademark is the detail in her cues that force your body out of cheat mode and this class is no exception; prepare for trembling gams!
