Learn some new tricks on the Guillotine! Jay and his student Murat Berkin share commonly taught exercises as well as variations that are useful for working with imbalances like Scoliosis. Jay then shows how to use the Neck Stretcher at the Guillotine. It's a great place to use it because there are hooks of various heights that can accommodate different size people.
