Kathryn Ross Nash's son Zak is a star Running Back for the University of Chicago Football Team and throughout his football career, he has relied on Pilates to keep him strong, fast and injury free. In this athletic demonstration of what Pilates can do for football players, Zak has brought together his teammates for their first Pilates session.
