    Thank you Gina, loved the variations, especially the swan. May I ask why two springs for this reverse swan? Thank you!

      Hi there Fera,
      You can use 2 or 1 springs. See what feels right for your body. If you are teaching this and you have a taller person or a person with a stiff back, drop the foot barre down a notch if your machine has that capability. See how they feel and their body responds to the exercise. Good luck!

        Hi Gina I have a question there was a squeaky sound when you move on the long box was that the box rubbing on the vinyal of the bench
