You’ve made it to class three in Carrie Russo’s Cardio Pilates series and the challenge is building. In this session you’ll quickly flow through standing moves and back down to the mat to work your lungs. Did you know that being able to sit and stand from the floor without your hands adds 7 years to your life?     Another fun class and great for balance too! As a beginner, I’m still struggling with the ‘standing without arms’ and rolling like a ball (looking at my navel somehow helps a lot!), but this class made me excited to learn more 😀

      Ohhhh this makes me soooo happy to read! Yes, this class definitely challenges and improves our balance! Standing without arms is very hard. Do what you can do, stick with it, and you’ll see it will come in time! I’m thrilled to hear that my cue helped you with rolling like a ball. Thanks for the update!
