    I watched this video to get more ideas to help my clients with loose SI joints and then worked through this series at my studio myself to really feel how they worked. After doing this series I was shocked that my right hip, which had been in pain for weeks (an old dance injury) stopped hurting, completely! I teach long hours often with one foot on the reformer and choose to ignore that my hip was getting worse not better and I now do the parts of this workout I need and love the results. My clients love this spine corrector work also and come in and ask me if they can do it again! Thank you Victoria

    Victoria, I have a question: you said something about the ‘popping’ of the hip, can you explain that a little bit more?

    I also wonder: there seems to be an extra attention about relaxing the toes, not curling them. I am right?

    really great workout for a student with a spine corrector at home – very manageable with Victoria’s great cueing. I have enjoyed all of Victoria’s sessions that I have watched and this one definitely fills a niche need.
