    Hi Alexandra! What s great Wunda chair workout! It was so nice to hear your voice for me to understand (English). I enjoyed your cues, especially the connection of the arms and legs to the powerhouse. I also enjoyed your bit about establishing independence with kneeling pumping. You give a nice motivation in this workout with saying “no rest.” Thank you!

      Thank you for your sweet comment, I’m delighted to know it was helpful. It was fun to teach in English! I think we should be there for the clients, but in the same time be sensitive not to take the ‘work’ from them 🙂
