TIPS & CUES
  • Always use a spotter when learning this exercise, 3 springs may be useful as well
  • Don’t drag head on headpiece when lifting
  • Make sure feet are well secured on the footbar as one leg lifts
  • Keep weight evenly distributed between legs and arms
