Mix It Up Mat / If you’re looking for a class that will keep you on your toes, this is it! Alexandra mixes up the classical Pilates mat with exercises from the Reformer, done on your mat. It makes for a tough workout that you’ll especially feel in your abs, bottom and legs and doing these exercises without a Reformer will make you better at your next Reformer workout. PROPS: This workout uses 2 pound Arm Weights and a Slider for the floor. If you have a carpeted floor you can use a paper plate or a furniture slider. On a hardwood floor, use a towel or socks to slide on.
