Pilates is well known for fixing general low back pain by rebuilding the strength of the core and restoring flexibility to the spine. This session takes you through simple exercises with detailed instruction aimed at protecting your body while it’s healing. There’s no twisting or arching and very little forward bending; instead you’ll learn how to lengthen your spine and give your vertebra space once again.
