This class begins with a deceptively difficult standing leg series to get you standing tall before it moves into seriously tough work on the mat. You'll really feel the 'magic' after this full body workout, especially in your abs and inner thighs! Finish up by returning to standing for arm work with the circle to tone and connect.
Wow, this is an awesome class. I think I'm not quite ready for it but I am going to keep trying. Being part of a group class and watching the women do the moves makes it easier for me to feel inspired at home. My stomach was shaking after this one.
