Teaching Clients with Back Pain

Get some ideas for how to work with your clients who have back pain. Niedra leads her students, Jahnavi and Laurie in a workout aimed at helping correct imbalances in the back and spine. I really appreciate that Pilatesology has options for those of us with chronic, but I wanted to mention that this class is really hard to follow. I don't think it translates very well to watching online and is likely best as an in-person class. The movements are too discrete to be able to follow clearly or have a sense that you are doing it properly. Thanks.
