In this short segment Clare targets the ‘dead zone’ of the lower abs, a common weak area especially for women who have had C-sections, multiple births or abdominal surgery. You’ll learn exercises and cues aimed at re-educating these deep muscles that tend to be very difficult to feel and therefore engage. NOTE: the spring setting for this session is 1 spring in the middle.     Loved this! It really helped me keep my body more balanced not only upper and lower but side to side. Hard to work explain but I can still feel the muscle engagement 10 minutes later. Thank you!
