So love this series of looking at individual exercises; their intentions, proper shape & form, what should be working, common problems and how to address.
    Keep ’em coming! 🙂

    Clare: I don’t think I’ve got it…I tried from description, but I don’t look Michael Jackson-esque…need a visual…
Hope I get to see you too!

Hi Kerry! Knee Stretches can be so tricky for people, and each body does a different kind of ‘cheat’. That’s what makes it fun and interesting to teach.

Oh, the Michael Jackson…..it’s done with knees off; bring one foot to the front of the carriage – go OUT – IN – then switch simultaneously the font and back foot. OUT – IN switch. Got it????
      Stay tuned for Tinkerbell:)
Thanks for your comment Kerry, hope to see you this year sometime at a conference! Clare
