    This was SO great!! I felt like I was working out with friends and we all suffered during the Teaser with arm springs. Y’all’s faces were excellent and exactly mirrored mine. Miss you guys so much!! This was another fab class from Kathi, dependable quality and suffering, as always.

    hi loved the workout but hard to follow what levels/hooks the different apparatus had to be on, esp the rollback bar. Had to keep stopping workout to count from the photo. Would have been easier if rather than saying ” top” or bottom” the instruction could have been clearer as sometimes top was as high as could be , and sometimes one down.
