Niedra applies her laser focus to engaging the muscles of the hips, thighs and bottom in this complete Tower plus Magic Circle workout. Even when you're working your arms you'll be feeling your whole body and if you love the Leg Springs, you’ll especially enjoy the series Niedra uses to teach the muscles to hug close to the bone for length and strength. It’s hard work but well worth the results and you’ll be rewarded with a series of opening stretches on the Push Through Bar at the end.
