In this mini workshop, Miguel and his student Enna explore Wunda Chair exercises that address different issues in the body, for example the Push Down is great for stiff people while the Push Down Side helps those with scoliosis. You’ll also learn a series of standing exercises to prepare the body for the Pull Up--which is an excellent rounding exercise that most clients can do.
