If you’re pregnant, this mat workout is a great way to keep your body strong all the way through the 9th month. Join Miguel and his student Cristina, who is almost 8 months pregnant, for simple mat exercises that will relax your back, strengthen your core and legs. You’ll finish with stretches that you can do over a firm pillow (Miguel uses a Small Barrel) and finally a delicious stretch at the wall that you can do anywhere or anytime you need a fix. Enjoy!
