Here, she takes you through a full Intermediate Reformer and she teaches several exercises like Swan Dive and Teaser on the Wunda Chair or Cadillac where a postpartum body can get a bit more support. The workout finishes up on the Cadillac with the Leg Springs Series to tone the hips and legs and make zipping up those jeans possible again!
