    Hello Kathi! Loved all the one sided variations. Also loved the roll back and up on the stomach massage series . Squeezed a little more out of the spine and powerhouse doing that.     Turns out I was doing the Upstretch with one leg and one arm which isn’t even in the workout!! Toughest exercise ever!

    Wow I love this class!! Just wondering, are we supposed to keep completely still and not shift our weight AT ALL when lifting one arm up while doing the 1 leg elephant? Do you guys do that, is that even possible!? I’ve only done it once so far, but it looks REAL bad!!

      Ideally no shifting of weight- reality I haven’t seen anyone do it ! LOL and I was told – what you do with two legs – you can do with one- what you do with two arms – you could do with one….. Have fun and remember Pilates is a work out NOT a performance!

        Well if it were a performance I’d be booed off stage!! That Upstretch looks like a giant S on me!! Bringing the standing arm closer to the center of the footbar made it slightly better, but it did give me second thoughts about my strength symmetry, and possible slight scoliosis or something. But this workout IS SO MUCH fun, I’ll be doing it often to see how it goes! All three of you look amazing in this video!
