In this mini workshop for teachers, Jay Grimes demonstrates the Neck Stretcher (also known as the Neck Tensometer). This workshop took place in Istanbul and many of his students had never seen this device. First he gives a brief history of how Joe Pilates used it and how it applies to our needs in modern times.
