I believe you had hip replacement surgery? I am scheduled for the operation, and I was afraid doing exercises like that would no longer be a possibility.
Thanks for showing me I can still do Pilates.
    Thanks for the inspiring video!

I thought life as I knew it was over before the surgery. I am eternally grateful to Pilates for giving me my active life back! I work with care and certainly leave out the splits, but there is sooo much I can do…and you too! Thanks for connecting!!! – Clare

The Lady demonstrating – Tina – was a wonderful Pilates Person and must be a delight to have as a student.
I really like the movements you demonstrated at the end.
    1. Coming off the back bend into a Shoulder Stand.
    2. Then progressing into a Hand Stand or what you referred to as “essentially a Shoulder Stand”.
    3. Finally Bicycle into a Hand Stand.
You might give your suggestions for doing these exercises without the Apparatus for those of us who only possess a Mat!
I can think of up against a Wall, and the High Bridge for Bicycle (if your body permits and it is the one Mat exercise my body won’t do!)
    You will have the answers!
I reckon your Student -Tina – Could give those ending exercises a very good attempt.
Thank you Clare for sharing. Be well – It is immediately apparent that you practice very regularly, every day I recall, and if I might venture to suggest your a wonderful example of a top class Classical Pilates Instructor.
