    Thanks Andrea. LIked the Footwork & Stomach Massage Series, in particular. Tree not possible in my group mat classes but really useful as individual practice for clients learning it on the Reformer.

      Hello there 🙂 So glad you liked the infusion of some Reformer Mat in the workout. I find the Footwork series and the Stomach Massage series to be the most – let’s call them – possible – of the Reformer mat exercises. Tree is nice for some folks too – but yes I understand your wanting to use it more for a private situation than a group class… Again thanks for watching and for reaching out here to share your thoughts 🙂 xo
