    I really loved this workout, I just finished it for the first time. I’ll do it again and listen a bit closer but at some point I lost the cord cuing and didn’t know what number of cords to be on.

      Hi there – thanks so much for watching and for sharing your feedback – here’s a little cheat sheet for the number of springs for each exercise:
      Footwork 3 or 4
      Hundred 3 or 4 (usually same as you had for Footwork
      Frog and Circles 2
      Coordination 2
      Long Box Pull Straps + T 1
      Long Box Backstroke 2
      Long Stretch 2
      Elephant 2
      Stomach Massage 4,3,2 one spring less each exercise
      Short Box 2
      Short Spine Massage 2
      Knee Stretch Series 2
      Running 3
      Pelvic lift 3

    This class is perfect because this is where I am at in my practice. I try to practice at home but get the order a tad mixed up. Thank you Andrea! Everything became so clear. 🙂
