    Great tips Lynann! Can’t tell you how many times clients have come in saying ” my feet and back are killing me” after a weekend of partying. This is the perfect session for them. thank you -:))))

    This is such a fun session! Feels like a story time with several morals to the story! Love the beginning movements to loosen the body and the love for the feet at the end! Lastly, I am sure I will think of this every time I am lounging on Sunday watching some football….now I will at least do my footwork!
