    They are crazy Pilates People at Allendale, New Jersey!
    Anything with arms behind in a Roll Over is not easy, and you did it. What do they call that in Allendale – Super Advanced Mat practice!!

        I counted something like 35 exercises, plus, and that works out at more than one a minute, and so it WAS indeed EXERCISES but with the added challenge!
        May I ask if did you do this sort of work with Romana on the mat?
        I liked the prone work with emphasis on working the posterior chain by having the arms extended in front, and indeed behind the head.
        Having now observed it twice and followed you on my mat, this is quite special.
        As mentioned in the introductory note, there was levity throughout.
        So now we know from far away, that there is much humour in New Jersey!

          Romana added balls or small weights to many of my workouts. Ankle weights were also used. It really challenges the powerhouse and aids in the feeling of the two way stretch. Pilates is do beautiful as it can challenge and strengthen a body at every level
